I was incredibly pleased with the customer service and
prompt action provided by ink refills. I ordered a chip resetter to
find that it had bad batteries. I replaced the batteries to find
that the unit didn’t work. I then e-mailed ink refills hoping for a
replacement. They not only sent me another unit, but they also took
care of the shipping and handling charges. I was a bit skeptical
with regard to the resetter, but it really does work (I have an
epson stylus C62) and ink refills seems to have an excellent
customer service department. I would certainly order from them

product on time and the refilled cartridge seems to work just fine.
The only glitch was that, on the final order page, it was pointed
out that a tool was required to cut a hole. This tool was $6.99 and,

be opened by removing 5 screws. I can probably use the tool in other
areas but ink-refills-r-us should indicate the tool is unnecessary
in cases where the cartridge can be opened more directly (my
